October 28, 2020 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Free

“Unprecedented” will be remembered as the watchword of 2020. Together, we have faced unforeseen challenges in our education, work, business, social, and home lives brought on by the global pandemic. With life seemingly overturned, creative uses of technology to connect us and overcome these struggles have emerged in unexpected places.

This Science Distilled event brings together leaders from across Nevada to share their experiences of resilience, hope, and innovation. We will explore the imaginative ways that they are using technology to overcome difficulties, continue connecting us, and provide long-term solutions to some of society’s most daunting problems.

Tenacity in the face of adversity is a part of the Nevada identity that runs deep. Let’s celebrate the spirit of innovation and resilience that Nevada communities have brought to face the challenges created by this pandemic.
