Building Legacies of Health and Healing
Thought on Tap is a public engagement series that brings together diverse faculty, staff, students, and community members for important conversations around timely topics. It is held online on the second Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m.. Thought on Tap is free and open to the public.
The panelists for this installation of Thought on Tap consider the human relationship to health and wellbeing, considering topics such as: how individuals process trauma, the way we move in and out of ability and disability over the course of our lifetimes and the way this affects our self-conception, as well as how marginalized and at-risk communities advocate for their health when the larger society turns its back.
